 1. Kitchen Cabinet Modifications

    A. 6 new drawers installation

• 2 under oven
• 1 under stove
• 3 under counter
• all new drawers shall be soft close

Replace existing pressed fiber exteriors with suitable material, cut, and rout edges smooth to match existing. Paint to match existing. 4 new handles. plug old handle holes.

     B. Add shelves to cabinets

Add 5 new shelves to 5 existing cabinets. Various sizes. Typical example.

 2. Refinish Pergola Beams    **Done**

The previous water-based finish came off within 3 months. We want a long-lasting oil-based finish that will last several years. 

• 10 beams
• repair rot (approx 6 - 8 sections)
• refinish
• long-lasting oil finish similar to adjacent but color to match existing

3. Replace center panels with a lattice to match the bathroom. (bedroom closet)

• remove existing solid panels
• install lattice panels (make a lattice or is it commercially available?)
• lattice to match existing as closely as possible
• color to match existing "closely"

4. Install a safe in the bedroom #2 closet

5. New cupboard with drawers in the bedroom #1     **On Hold**
